We are seeking a talented Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team. About the Position:

As an Interior Design Project Manager at Holistic Havens, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized individual with a strong background in interior design and project management. You will collaborate with our talented design team, liaise with clients, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with the design team to ensure project goals align with client expectations.
    • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for projects.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Communicate project progress, updates, and milestones to clients in a clear and timely manner.
    • Address client feedback and concerns with professionalism and creativity.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of workmanship.
    • Implement and maintain quality control standards for all design projects.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Provide regular financial reports to leadership and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Design Project Manager, with a portfolio showcasing successful project completions.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and design tools.

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and/or paid on a per-project basis.
