In 2014 I dove head first into a mindfulness practice and have never looked back. It started with yoga teacher training, which led me into a passion-driven understanding of yoga and mindful connection to the body. Fast forward to two kids and one postpartum depression, and I was lost. The rebirth of becoming a mother was one that practically forced me into my spiritual awakening. Looking back now, I realize how fabulous this gift was for me... it led me into my Feng Shui certification, launching my holistic interior design business, a guided intuition course, hundreds of podcasts, a tarot course, numerology, and now - in 2024 - a Reiki healing course and EFT Tapping. Briefly, these are my passions and my purpose for being here. I'm truly grateful that you've found your way on to my page. Regardless of where your journey is meant to take you, I wish you all the best.
