Job Description:
As a Draftsman at Holistic Havens, you will play a crucial role in the design and technical aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate is a talented draftsman with a strong understanding of industry standards and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed and accurate drawings. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the realization of innovative and impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Design:
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and specifications.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct reviews and revisions based on feedback from the project team.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Documentation:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawing archives.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and address design challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience and/or paid on a per-project basis.
